Maharishi University of Management (MUM) is establishing an intensive
ESL program, and we are seeking candidates for the director's position.

Our partner university in Beijing expects to send more than 30 students
needing ESL instruction this fall, with considerably more coming in the
subsequent entries. so we are now on the fast track to get a
well-qualified director for this 12-month per year position.

We anticipate the students will already have English skills of lower
intermediate or higher.

We invite highly qualified individuals who meet the following
requirements to apply.

Educational requirement: MA in TESOL/TESL

Qualifications: The successful applicant will be energetic, have
considerable drive, excellent knowledge of TESOL subject matter and
latest teaching technologies, and will have strong planning, organizing,
administrative, leadership and teaching capabilities. This individual
should be enthusiastic about organizing out-of class activities as part
of a comprehensive, growing, first-rate ESL program, and have experience
in directing a post-secondary level ESL program.
